I was on the Oregon Coast last week...in Cannon Beach. It was lovely and cold. But the change of scenery from where I live was truly phenomenal...waves, huge rocks, tall pine and spruce trees, mountains.
But you know, the scenery has pretty much been the same during multiple visits over the years. The sea ebbs and flows according to the tide tables. The puffins are still there, nesting. Major rock formations remain unchanged.
And it reminds me that with technology we seem to be in a perpetual state of 'new'.
With our business, our lives, our world.
I just find it comforting to know that some things don't change.
