Franchisors and franchisees focus on the same goal. Build the business. As small business owners, franchisees need to focus on what's important and consistently work on that. But they wear many hats and things can get hectic pretty quickly. They get busy. They get unorganized. They lose time. They focus on the wrong thing. They get frustrated and stressed. As the franchisor you may have provided training on on how to get organized and maintain focus to drive sales. But the training you provided in the beginning may not be what they need now. And since you and your franchisee want the same goal...a successful and profitable franchise...it's in everyone's best interest to help your franchisees learn how to remain focused and productive.
