> What is Productivity Partners? As the name implies, I partner with you, your team or your organization to improve productivity. This includes skills relating to paper, time and decision management. > What size clients do you work with? Non profit agencies, small business owners, Fortune 500 and independent consultants. > What types of services do you offer? Coaching, training and facilitation, public speaking and assessments. I also offer consulting to small businesses on process improvement, a Candidate Assessment Service and Productive Hiring Program. > What topics or issues do you cover? Anything that has to do with increasing productivity in order to improve results while reducing stress levels.This includes all aspects of time management such as getting organized, goal setting, prioritizing, planning and scheduling, managing interruptions, meetings, delegating and procrastination. > What assessment do you use? I am a Certified coach and facilitator for a program called 6 Advisors™. This is an online assessment and separate coaching program that measures what we value and thus how we behave. This is an excellent tool for executive and sales coaching, leadership development and candidate assessments. > When did you begin? I began Organize it, Inc. as an organizing and time management company in 1992. In 2004 Productivity Partners, Inc. became the parent company. > Where are you located? I began in Philadelphia and moved to a suburb of Kansas City in 2003. > Do you give presentations? Yes. I have spoken to audiences ranging in size from 30 to 2000.
