What is Productivity Partners? As the name implies, we partner with you, your team or your organization to improve personal productivity. This includes improving skills around paper, information, time and decision management. When did you begin? In 1992 Cynthia began Organize it, Inc. as an organizing and time management company that provided training and public speaking services. In 2004 Productivity Partners, Inc. became the parent company adding consulting and coaching to the mix. Where are you located? I began in Philadelphia and moved to a suburb of Kansas City in 2003. Who are your clients? Independent consultants, business owners, Fortune 500s, community organizations and government agencies. What topics or issues do you cover? Anything that has to do with increasing productivity and results while reducing stress levels.This includes all aspects of time management including getting organized, goal setting, prioritizing, planning and scheduling, meetings, delegating and procrastination. I am also a Certified coach and facilitator for a program called 6 Advisors™. This is an online assessment and separate coaching program that measures the 6 types fo advice we give ourselves. Thought patterns are identified that either support or hinder getting the results you want.
