Overland Park, KS., March 22, 2006 -- Organize it, a division of Productivity Partners, Inc., has launched a new program to help employees get organized, increase productivity and reduce stress.
Virtual organizing uses the latest in technology to help employees in their quest to become less stressed and more productive by getting organized. Virtual organizing is geared towards individuals needing and requesting one-on-one consultation in the privacy of their office. Cynthia Kyriazis, President of Organize it, says “I believe we are one of the few in the country offering this at this time. The technology is here—why not use it for individuals who need and want help but may live in remote locations or employees who are don’t report into home office.” The tools needed to experience virtual organizing include a webcam, which is provided for the session by Organize it, a high speed internet connection and a telephone, preferably with a headset. An appointment is made just as though there was a face to face meeting. The employee can point the camera to show the physical space, and they can also point the camera on themselves for a virtual face-to-face discussion.
The employee experiences the same benefits as an in-office session and the company saves money. Future application may include using the webcam after a morning training via webcast. “We have only begun to explore the possible uses” says Cynthia Kyriazis.
