1. Job profile/ad is developed and placed online with responses coming directly to a Productivity Partners Inc. 
2. Resumes are screened and filtered, followed by a telephone interview with the top 6-8 qualified individuals. 
3. Top 3 candidates are selected and appointments are made for on-site interviews. 
4. Once you've selected your top candidate they take an online assessment to determine their communication style. 
5. After hiring, the employee receives a debrief of their assessment to help them develop in their new role.
6. Supervisory coaching is provided to help gain maximum performance from the employee.

Candidate Assessment Program (CAP) is also a stand-alone service
