The Productive Hiring Program (PHP) and Candidate Assessment Service helps you choose the right person for your organization

Your candiate is assessed to see if there is a cultural fit within your organization so you can select the right candidate for the job.  

Productive Hiring Program

  1. A job profile/ad is developed and placed in the paper or online with responses to a Productivity Partners Inc. designated email account. 
  2. Resumes are screened and narrowed down and a telephone interview is conducted with the top qualified 6-8 individuals. 
  3. The top 3-5 candidates best suited to the position are selected and I coordinate with you to set up appointments for on-site interviews. 
  4. Once you've selected your top candidate they take an online assessment to determine if there is a cultural fit. Our Candidate Assessment Service, produces a full 30 page assessment and we review the results with you. 
  5. If the individual is hired, they receive a 1.5 hour debrief of their own assessment to help them develop in their new role.
  6. Follow up includes coaching the supervisor to help gain maximum performance from the employee.

Candidate Assessment Services is also a stand-alone service

Pick your top candidate(s) to take an online assessment in order to see if there is a cultural fit. Then you receive the results and a review of their assessment.
