Why did I start my business?

While working for a corporation, I couldn't help but notice that employees who were organized and had a clear mindset about their goals were better time managers, more productive, more balanced and less stressed. They simply felt more 'in control'. Employees facing productivity challenges tended to have low morale and stress which they blamed on day-to-day job requirements. And that translated into turnover....a costly organizational issue.

I began to realize how time, paper and decision making were all connected. Challenges in one area showed up in another. Although tools were helpful, understanding behavior and applying fundamental principles were the real keys to success for the employee, the decision maker and the entire organization.

That's when I knew I wanted to work with employees and organizations to help reduce stress, improve job performance and results. An employee who is more engaged and productive tends to experience more positive feelings about their work environment. And this translates into less absenteeism, medical expenses and turnover.

I started my business shortly thereafter. And I'm so glad I did.
